She left me irrevocably, undone.

In three hours we found ourselves in each other twice. Two hours later, I craved her again. I assumed sex would calm the stirring inside me, but it had the reverse effect. Stretched on her side and turned away from me, her body created the perfect pathway for my hand. I ran my fingers over the sheet along the silhouette it created, over hip, and down her thigh. 

She grumbled something unintelligible but never gained consciousness, even when I traced her ear with the tip of my nose. Her reaction brought a smile to my lips. I wrapped my arm around her waist for a hug, and nuzzled the back of her neck for a kiss, before I brushed the covers aside and climbed out of bed.

Veronica amazed me, and left me deeply puzzled. It was not love or infat...
