As soon as Hulk walked out of the taxi, he sprinted towards the majestic building in front of him, opening the doors to the Forbidden Palace so forcefully that he knocked a family of American tourists off balance. They blinked nervously, spinning in circles, as if confronted by a sudden gust of wind in a padded room. Hulk ignored them and ran straight to Lori, who he recognized immediately, shivering in a towel in the hotel lobby. He wrapped her in his arms and gave her a tight, warm bear hug. She seemed to be in shock and continued to shiver silently, not saying anything or reacting much at all. His heart began to race and he wondered if her head injury was worse than expected.

    “Lori? Come on,” he said, trying to guide her through the hotel lobby and out the doors as inconspicuously...
