Call me maybe

No no no, we’ll be fine.  I mean it may get worse, but I think we’ll be fine.  It’s tempered glass.  It all stays together.  

Janet wants to know if it’s okay to drive the car.  The piece of gravel or ice or whatever it was that flew up and hit the windshield left a tiny nick and a crack that seems as if it might be getting larger, now that she looks at it.  Kim reassures her that it’ll be fine, at least until he has time to take it into Apple Auto Glass and get them to look at it.  You can go for years with a little bit of damage, he says, look at me.  She laughs, as he hoped she would.  Gotta go, hon.
