Carlton Streetcar westbound. Halloween afternoon and it’s raining; if it keeps up, young trick or treaters will get their costumes soaked. Later in the evening, Sexy Nurses and Super Girls will ruin their shoes. Maybe it’ll taper off, let’s hope.
