We all have friends who’re quick to suggest to starting things. We all have those kinds of people, who talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. My friend is one of them. Adam was always the first to suggest we start things. He was energetic, always opens to new ideas.
“You know what? We should register to a gym tomorrow” Adam said, quickly interrupting my talk about belly fats. “We can do it”
I met him after work the next day so we could go “gym hunting”. He started talking about an article he had read online. According to him, the article said more than 50% of what was needed for fat loss, body building and fitness, was dieting. It said dieting was everything.
“And do you know where people fail the most?” he asked.
