Calloused Hands

Here is a short story I wrote, based upon a poem "A Trappers True Story" by James Strecker in 1993.

The story is rough, with no real editing done. I like the rawness of it because it has no spit and polish, but is merely an immediate outflow of words and randomness.

He had been a trapper from the time of boyhood until this day.
