It seemed like a long time since he’d been back to the Seattle Police Department - last time was that thing with Janelle and the balcony. Carl Underbrink squinted under the harsh lighting of Interrogation Room #3. He hated this room - the lights were always too bright in here. Some problem with the ballast or some such. He wasn’t an electrician - all he cared about was the fact that the lighting in here was crap, always had been.
