Cecily got dressed in the morning for work, and sat down, and ate her hard boiled egg sandwich.

     In the last couple of weeks, Yimmy had come up to Cecily’s apartment, after the restaurant closed, to try to teach the young waitress how to cook Chinese food.  Cecily had expressed an interest in learning, and Yimmy was only too glad to oblige.  Cecily was an Amish cook, simple, easy, large quantities.  She only knew about serving Chinese food.  She wanted to learn how to make it, cook it, put it together, layer it.  Now, it was time for another cooking lesson.
