between Emily, or any young woman, he’d take Jack any day of the week and twice on Sunday.  He had had the horse since he was a colt, and Jack didn’t whine about the grass and dirt.

     Two days passed pretty uneventfully.  Aaron stayed at his farm, repairing some minor damages that had happened when Jack took Emily for her wild ride down the hill at her home.  It was a nice, little stretch of a smidge of warmer weather to take advantage of.

     On the third day after the “incident,” Aaron heard horses, and a buggy come up his drive.  They tethered their buggy right in front of his barn.  He heard a familiar voice talking to his cow and calf next to the pasture fence.  Then, the familiar voice was at the barn door.
